This is a definition to explain " hamza's noodle arms ".... lmao it's real because he is a young teenage boy who has noodle arms yet still works out, but that doesn't make sense because when u work out u gain muscles. Nope this condition is when u work out your really gaining noodles. This condition can't be treated.
