the scientific name for noob. noobs are under developed apes not really human so its ok to kill them for sport.

Roy shot the Noobsapian dead and its pelt is now hang on his wall.

A place with a large number of nubs. The word is negative, referring to the abundance of stupid people.

My English class is such a nubtopia; people can't even spell correctly.

Home has been an utter nubtopia ever since my annoying brother came back from college.

Another extention of 'noob' use as a general insult to a person or person's skill.

Look at this guy camping mid, he's such a noobtop.
