this particular definition for the word "neck" is commonly used among the youth when someone says, does, or thinks of something stupid and therefore must be punished by slapping them in the back of their necks'. however, you can trap someone into a neck if, and only if, you hold the circle, "OK", or white power hand-sign just below your waist and the neck-ee happens to look at the hand-sign. there are two ways to avoid having to get necked by an unsuspecting predator, such as when you say "five-ten" before the neck-er necks you to dismiss the attack, or when you say "self-serve" before the attack giving you the ability neck yourself which will probably be gentler than what the neck-ee is capable of.

Neck is a term used when you trick someone. This is because when you trick someone really well, you grab the back of their neck.

Neck is a term that was started in New York that was originally called "Gimmie Mines" Necks are usually called out when someone says something STUPID and NOT a dumb question. Necks do have consequences such as Family Pack or Full House which means everyone that was in the presence of the stupidity can get there neck too. Hardies (meaning you get to hit them hard) and softies (meaning you get to hit them soft).Blitz (blitz can beat full house and hardies but it can only be used 3 times after that they cannot use it any longer if it is they will receive a neck. No nothing (no nothing can be called and that person cannot use Blitz, but if you interrupt that person as he is saying gimmie my neck you can call blitz and you will not receive a neck )Also if you can explain yourself as to why you shouldn't get a neck or you prove that person wrong you can get your neck with the exact same rules as the person who called that neck (so if someone calls a neck full house hardies no nothing and I say Blitz before he or she says no nothing you won't get a neck).
Full house: everyone who heard it gets a neck
Blitz: beats full house and can be said before no nothing and you won't get necked uses of 3 times
Hardies: person that called that neck gets hit hard
Softies: person that called that neck gets hit soft
No nothing:can be called and that person cannot use Blitz
Flashback: goes back before person said neck and that person can say No neck
