Nappy Bum - is when a female is wearing leggings that don't fit and are too big, instead of being tight & fitted.

This gives the illusion that the female is wearing a nappy especially on the Bum area because the leggings are sagging.

She looks fineee..... yeah but she's got Nappy Bum, so forget that....
