Its a shithole town near leven where there are loads of neds. Everybody that lives there are complete drug addicts and it isn't safe to walk to the local shop without getting jumped. You shouldn't be surprised to find a used needle on the ground. Overall- home of drug addicts

A shithole town in Fife near Leven and the East Coast. Full of arsehole neds that hang around outside shops and street corners in groups either shitfaced on Buckfast and/or drugs who will give people abuse and act hard with their mates, but will say fuck all to you when they are on their own. Contrary to popular opinion, there are some good people in Methil, but they are sadly outnumbered by all the fuckwit arseholes who cause hassle and ruin it for everyone else. Not as nice as Leven, but a lot better than Kennoway, Buckhaven and East Wemyss without a doubt.
