girls and women of the young persuasion can use this phrase to describe foods that are low in calories, giving us the word "lowcality". men can use this phrase too, but I doubt they care about calories, unless they really care about being physically fit.

Scenario

mary: what is the lowcality of that chocolate bar?

susan: it has 300 calories..

mary: totally!!!1 oh my god, kudos! i think ill buy one.

lowcality is an actual word, but it is spelled "locality".
