Some Windows program connect to localhost, and if you have a firewall enabled, you could get alert saying that something want to connect to localhost

Consumption of products or retail visits can be narrowed within a certain radius such as 5, 25, or 50 miles away.

Jack being a locasumer only buys his groceries at the local farmers market and always visits that mom and pop hardware store.
