Little Boy Hands (LBH) Syndrome 

When a grown man has the hands of a middle school aged year old boy. Everything else is very manly except for the hands. They are, however, known to be rather adorable. Some characteristics include: hairlessness, excessive nose picking, soft texture, perfect cuticles, shiny nail beds, short fingers in comparison to arm length.

Despite being 6'7'', his little boy hands (LBH) syndrome make him look as if he wouldn't be able to hurt a fly.

The act of urinating in a public urinal with trousers and undergarments around your ankles in the manner of a small child.

Just saw Kris in the urinals having a little boy wee. Glad I wasn't there when he had to bend over to pull his pants back up.

A game that came out for the Sony PS3 on 10/28/08. The freedom in this game is unmatched in any game.(like MGS4 its not on the 360)

-Being so cute that the caregiver spoils the Little or forgives anything bad that the Little does.
-Humiliating the caregiver in childish ways.
-Being so noncompliant that they end up winning the power struggle after all.

2. A Little who is dominant.

It seems that many people are into littledom despite not having a label for it.
