A cartoon character fat grey-striped tabby with lots of attitude and not a care in the world. Makes Garfield look like a high-strung pansie. best example was available on a t-shirt in the early '80s and featured Kliban Cat sitting on a barstool playing a guitar and singing these lyrics:
