A word used to pronounce someone's/something's power over someone/something. Often following "all like" and ended with an exclamation point.

"I was playing Halo and this sniper thought he was gonna drop me but, I was all like Kakow! Peeled him one."

Kayow 

Also spelt as "Kyow" or "Kayoah", is something you say when someone makes an unfunny joke and no one laughs. The origin of the word comes from spodermen's "kyeh" and a male said kayayow and the other boys made fun of him for saying something so dum.

Can also mean "k" or "Ok"

For example, if Odell Beckham Jr made a joke and said "What do you call a bullseye." "McDonalds cuz I'm loving it." Everyone would say "KAYOW!" because it isn't funny.

Another example is if your teacher was handing out pictures and the teacher says "Watch out, two people already died after looking at your pictures." Everyone would say "Kayow"

Ka-Kow 

Ka-Kow is an expression frequently used in the Adult Swim show Frisky Dingo. Mostly, it is used by Stan and Xander Crews. It is safe to presume it is an alternative to Boosh. It's meaning is very similar, in that it is used to express awesomeness on an extremely high level.
