JRs is a way how people (mostly male) often surfing on "HUPU" website call themselves. "JR" can refer to "Jia Ren"(Family), as well as "Jian Ren"(Bitches). "HUPU" is the biggest sport-based bbs in China, most of the JRs age 18-30, so JR can also refer to the Junior.
