A joepert is a person who defends the choices he or she made after they prove to be bad decisions. They will often go to great lengths and convoluted explanations to convince people that the choice they made was correct although they are already suffering from the negative effects.
He told his wife that she was fat. He still thinks it was the right thing to do even though he now lives on the street. He is such a joepert.

To throw out compliments alone at the bar, but tell people your friends were too drunk and went home. Usually a joecow leads to people buying you drinks because you were nice. Also used in the context of rollerskating in short shorts in a large public areas.
