A common IT software development term used to describe a request, generally from a manager to a developer, to just get it done (JFDI) and don't worry about testing or documentation or any other formal development requirement.
A term commonly used in business where a team member is placing unnecessary barriers in the way of completing a tast, usually due to a lack of experience or an unwillingness to complete the task itself. This in turn reduces the colleague or manager to shout JFDI as a more politically correct method of saying 'JUST F****** DO IT!'
Team Member 1 - Oh but we can't do that because the reports weren't filed and we need to place a full request within 3 days of the initial incident and I haven't had a cup of tea!
