One who lives life to the fullest. Not willing (or even able) to do life differently. Pushes life to the edge but unwilling to go over. A ten year old vehicle is more likely to be his (her) mode of transportation than an actual jet. They do what they want.
"He used to live in the trailer park, but he bought a new to you used car and is now a straight up white trash jet setter."
