In WWII the japenese use to slap P.O.W's execively as a means of interagateing their suspects. So, the term Jap Slap became popular in that era just as a reference to slapping someone.

A traditional Jap Slap from the 1980s is a special move where you perform a crouch (preferably with a knee slide beforehand) and release a powerful judo chop directly at the end of the victims penis (from the Greek 'πέος') ergo the name of the maneuver which refers to the racist slang 'Japs Eye', referring to the urethral meatus. If delivered with enough force it will also hit the testicles (otherwise known as the goblins purse) with sufficient force as to make the victim kneel over and cry for a bit. If successful the victor can walk off with his arms raised high and shout 'Jap Slap'. However, this variation of the Jap Slap may be limited to the region of Essex in the UK.

The action taken to punish a person for a silly or stupid mistake, often in a playful manner. The name derives from asking the unaware victim to place his or her thumbs on the outer corners of the eyes and stretching the eyes to simulate an Asian appearance. Then the slap can be adminstered without a flinch diverting the blow.

The "Jap Slap", as it has come to be called, is a constant. The Jap Slap IS, WAS, and ALWAYS SHALL BE. the Jap Slap, as most generally described, is the instinctual need to palm-hand someone. The name Jap Slap came to be right after the second world war. The world came to appreciate the Jap Slap as a fine art mastered by the Japanese.
