It is a troll picture going around the internet of a man exposing himself to a news reporter but his manhood is covered up by an explosion. if a person wants to get someone with this all they have to do is post the picture to the victims page and type "INDECENT EXPLOSURE" as the title.

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
