(adjective) unable to to create "tweets" or use "twitter" in any capacity.

I checked out twitter.com the other day, but I couldn't make it heads or tails of it. I'm totally iltwitterate!

iltwitterate

In an attempt to set up a Twitter account, I quickly realized, much like an illiterate personal cannot read or write, that I cannot tweet.

When it comes to tweeting, I am clearly iltwitterate, and not able to follow my friends.
