A term used to define a person who, for whatever reason, cannot figure out how to use Twitter.

I sent a direct message to my friend instead of replying to him because apparently I'm illtwitterate.

The circumstance in which you cannot comprehend the lingo associated with Twitter, or navigate the website.

ex. Joe: Wow, I can't believe it... he just RT'd me!
Jill: What's a RT?
Joe: Damn, I didn't know you were so illtwitterate.
