Homs is a city in Syria .. they're used as a humor material not just by Lebanese but by Syrians too .. the fact is that a lot of them are funny ... and they even tell jokes about themselves ... but let me tell you I've actually seen many Homsis acting Homsi ... just like the jokes ... I don't know if the jokes influenced their behavior but some things they do are incredibly Homs
