Hip&B is a musical subgenre that combines elements of Rap and R&B. It features a singer singing R&B music with either Rap or Hip-Hop elements, like a rapper or club beat.

It differs from Hip-Hop because Hip-Hop is focused on the rapper with a guest singer singing the hook, R&B focuses on R&B singers with guest rappers.

R&B music that has elements of soul, neo-soul and gospel is not considered Hip&B.
Usher is an R&B artist. But when Ludacris or Nicki Minaj perform a guest rap on an Usher song, that is Hip&B music.
