A clumsy attempt to detach one's behaviour from the well deserved public scorn it normally elicits by repackaging it in a neologism.

"And I keep telling you to please fuck off. I'm immunocompromised and cannot get the jab, you have been spreading spittle on me for the past five minutes and I've never seen you take the more sanitary basic precautions even before the pandemic."

heterodyne 

is a signal processing technique invented in 1901 by Canadian inventor-engineer Reginald Fessenden that creates new frequencies by combining or mixing two frequencies. Heterodyning is used to shift one frequency range into another, new one, and is also involved in the processes of modulation and demodulation. The two frequencies are combined in a nonlinear signal-processing device such as a vacuum tube, transistor, or diode, usually called a mixer. In the most common application, two signals at frequencies f1 and f2 are mixed, creating two new signals, one at the sum f1 + f2 of the two frequencies, and the other at the difference f1 − f2. These new frequencies are called heterodynes. Typically only one of the new frequencies is desired, and the other signal is filtered out of the output of the mixer. Heterodynes are the mathematical dual of the phenomenon of "beats" in acoustics.

A major application of the heterodyne process is in the superheterodyne radio receiver circuit, which is used in virtually all modern radio receivers.

I thought heterodyne meant the oral copulation of a heterosexual.

heteromantic 

A romantic attraction to a member of the opposite sex, can include sexual attraction or not.

In the case of asexuals, heteromantic would mean they have romantic feelings towards the opposite sex, but not any sexual desire.

The desire for a romantic relationship with someone of the opposite sex

I am physically attracted to both males and females, but am only really interested in dating males. So I am bisexual but heteromantic.

You are not feeling optimistic about the heterosexual dating scene, and you do not think it will ever change in a positive way.

Person 1: I do not date anymore, I cannot take the disappointment and grieve everytime a meet someone new. It is better to be alone than all that unpaid emotional labour dealing with the bullshit
