Heigth is not a word.
It is often used in place of the correct term "height".

Incorrect: What is the heigth of this room?
Correct: What is the height of this room?

The other dimension to width, depth and breadth. Often used by people who say acrost.

The heigth of the door frame was 81 inches.

Heigth

A word extremely used by poorly educated blue collar workers.

(Similar to Heighth) but with less letters and more like (width). This why it’s more commonly used.

Jim said, Check the heigth, and width of that wall so we know where the centerpoint is.
