1.Term used to express a persons anger or displeasure with another persons actions/attitude/look.

2. a threat not to be taken lightly

Although having been told on numerous occasions, paul still continued to urinate on old man jenkins' car causing him to yell 'don't make me come over there and whoops side ya head, punk!'
