When you get your hair done and also talk about your life. Whether it be juicy gossip or you just need to unload and tell your hairdresser about all the crazy things in your life. Not only are you getting your hair done but it's also therapy.

I had the best time getting my hair cut today and had some Hairapy with my hair dresser!
