A extremely derogatory slang for a woman. A mix of gash, cunt, and bitch. The recipient of the title must be an incredibly unpleasant woman.

Waiter One: "That lady who asked me for everything, this side of a back-flip, just stiffed me on a $50 tab!"

Waiter Two: "What a guntch!!"

The section of a persons' belly or stomach which hangs below the waist line. Most particularly that which covers the genital area.

"You'd have to move a lot of guntch to tap that."
