When someone gets on that complete not caring attitude. And acts in a very Ghetto and Basehead way. When someone acts in this form they will not care about the consequences of there actions.

Can be used as Noun or Adjective

Calvin grimeyness just hit the peak. He just beat a Tranny in the corner.

That man in the truck with the 28's got on the grimeyness. He just ran over a crackhead that owed him money and kept driving as his body dragged under the tires.

A name for someone who tends to be darker then most, but shows it only threw the eyes.

someone with dark eyes is considered grimeye. Or Jim's nickname is Grimeye.
