A delightful character known for her musical skills on the hit tv show Scrubs. The term can also refer to a rather delightful, playful, even awesome fish. Typically, the Gooch is mistakenly called "Rico" or "Rico the Gooch." Everyone with common sense realizes that his name is simply the "Gooch."
