Gilking 

To gilk; first you need 3 friends and a consenting/non consenting pregnant woman of 3+ months.

Second step, one person penetrates the woman and begins to “go down” on said woman, a person begins to “milk” said woman at the same time

Third step, after the climax of the person “going down” on the woman a third friend jumps onto the poor woman’s stomach cause the unborn fetus and seminal fluids to come out in a rush
Final step, the final friend drinks up the fluids and bits and pieces of the fetas as the final act of this brutal act

“Hey Joesph I heard about your mom being pregnant, do you think me and the boys could go gilking with her?”
