Acronym for "No Problem, Glad I Could Help". Popular among the youths (and certain scrum masters), np gich is used for when just saying 'no problem' is not nearly as polite as you would like it to be. Best when used in emails and teams chats to unsuspecting millennial co-workers.

Person 1: "Thanks for letting me borrow your car to go skiing at Mt. Snow this weekend"
