Office Ghetto Neck

The person, or persons in an office that wants to be involved in every little thing, yet never makes a decision, or takes responsibility claiming it’s not their job, or they don’t get paid to do so. As the person is proclaiming this they shake their head around like an angry woman in the ghetto in an argument.

Joey: “we can make this a new standard, just assign it a number and record it.”
Rob: “you can’t just make anything a standard like that, it has to be discussed and approved”
Joey: “you want to take care of that for us Rob?”
Rob: “tsssssk, it’s not my job, I’m not on the standards team”

Noun. (1) Characterized by the type of gestures typified by inhabitants of the ghetto; (2) One who uses the neck and head in a ghetto-esque way to exaggerate or otherwise accompany their speech; (3) A neck that is not good see "ghetto" as a general slang term for "of poor quality"; (4) A disease that causes indignant [head gestures in those afflicted also known as tensor fascia necka which can be alleviated, though not cured, with topical ointments such as "neck on," which is applied directly to the neck ("neck on, apply directly to the neck. neck on, apply directly to the neck. neck on, apply directly to the neck").

A person who tries to embody both the ghetto and the redneck lifestyle. Usually a poser who tries to like anything cool, or a white trash country boy who is racist but listens to a lot rap.

Ghetto-neck Guy 1(in southern accent): Yo yo yo! Wassup my hommie! We gonna go cruisin fer chicks on my sexy tractor or we gonna watch some Nascar today?

Ghetto-neck Guy 2 (in southern/ebonics accent): I tell you what, I got ta fix the wheel on my house today. Y'all don't know how we be rollin in the traila park playa!

Ghettonecky 

Desciptive term used to identify a situation where rednecks are trying very hard to fit into an urban (or Ghetto) scene.

Most often seen in "clubs" in rural areas of the Northern US States.

We went to the Pines last night. It was so damn Ghettonecky!

ghettoneck 

A redneck who has an extreme desire to identify with the hip-hop/gangsta culture. Their desire is found in how they dress and the music they listen too but they are still from the farm.

You might be ghettoneck if you find yourself wearing a ball cap, cut off dress shirt and pumping up the bass in your Ford f-150. Example: Larry the Cable Guy meets Snoop Dog.
You might be ghettoneck if you have a rebel flag doo-rag and have spinners on your 1985 Chevette. Example: Jeff Foxworthy meets 50 Cent.
You might be ghettoneck if you wardrobe consists of a bright orange hunting jacket and pair of Sean John sweats. Example: Bill Engvall meets Lil John.
