Wait hold on Guys this game mode is literally grimace ohio skibidi toilet and duke dennis did you pray today gyatt level 3 gyat rizz

This very obnoxious term is used to describe a g-mod (Garry's mod) creation which is skibidi toilet, while also combining a lot of brain rot terms which children usually find amusing, and fun to watch.
Wait hold on Guys this game mode is literally grimace ohio skibidi toilet and duke dennis did you pray today gyatt level 3 gyat rizz! (About G-mod)

The Game (Hard Mode)

The Game, on a higher difficulty level. The same basic rules apply:

1: By knowing of the game, you start playing.
2: You can never win, only lose.
3: You lose by thinking about The Game.
4: Upon losing the game, you must announce "I lost The Game", bringing every other player down with you.
5: Once the knowledge of The Game is passed to you, you are always playing.

The Alterations Include:

1: Upon loosing The Game, you only have 15 minutes in which to think about it freely.
2: If anyone asks about The Game, you must explain it to then in Hard Mode Rules.
3: If, at any point, you see/think about/hear the number 47, you loose, regardless of any other rules in play.
Random jerk: I made 47 dollars today. Oh, shit, I forgot about...

Surrounding Populous: Damn-it! I lost The Game!

(And so The Game (Hard Mode) spreads)

modem game

A modem game requires a PC with either an internal modem or external modem connected to it. Back in the 1990s before DSL, Cable, FibreOp was everywhere, this was how you played PC games via multiplayer.

You'd host a connection on your phone line (using the PCs modem) and another friend a few streets away from you would dial your number within the options of whatever game you were playing (such as Warcraft 2, Heretic, Duke Nukem 3d, Doom, Hexen... etc) and connect to you. Of course, they'd also need a modem to do this.

It was extremely popular for its time, though often times with games such as "Duke Nukem 3D" the dreaded, "out of sync" would cause massive frustration.
"Dude, me and Garrett were just playing a modem game of Duke 3d and i kicked his ass!"
