Equation meant to calculate the level of dullness of a speech.

Ratio =

(Number of words in a speech)
-----------(divided by)-------------
(Minimal number of words to say the exact same thing)

A ratio over 2 means that the speech is truly boring.
Quite frequent among teachers, politician and so forth.
