Floomy is a word only to be used when talking about or describing the softness of the penis. Usually, the floomy penis will flop around freely in the wind. When spun in a motion similar to a “helicopter”, it flies freely in circular motion. This is similar, but not limited to, the motion of a hand held fan, a wind blowy thingy, or some 26 year old drunk man’s attempt to woo a lady or too.

A floomie is a cross between a flat mate and a roomie. So, if two girls are living together in an apartment in London they would be floomies.
