Members of the Senate can not agree to a compromise; representatives in the House can not agree to a compromise; fingerpointing abounds. The whole situation is a clffscal fisc, with each side blaming the other side for the mess that the country is in.

Republicans blame the Democrats. Democrats blame Republicans. And, no one knows the truth. The whole situation is nothing but a cliffscal fisc.
