An uncommon insult, typically used to mean lucky and annoying. Though usually used sarcastically, and negating the whole sentence. Needs to have "you" before it.

Your friend: Die you filthy goose!
You: Oh, Ok. :(
Your Friend: Yeah you filthy goose!
