A gynaecologist, or someone who "fettles minges", minge being a slang word for vagina and fettle being a northern term for someone who "tidies up" or "adjusts"

A Prestonian word for old men who exist as soon as the pubs are open. They're usually identifiable by their brown, slouched appearance and the musk of cheap tobacco and piss. They may surround themselves with a ring of empty pint glasses as if they were under siege from reality.

fetler 

Small food particles left behind on a platter or plate that hasn't been eaten.

Make sure you eat the fetlers on the plate from those 'nachos'.
This sentence could apply to any food; toast, small fries, small pieces of meat from a roast, vegetables, droppings from pizza, cake crumbs, salads, etc... "fetler" and "fetlers" refers to any small piece of (still edible) food left sitting on a plate.

Fartler 

Strange man-beast creatures found in the mountains, they have large bushy beards and all they say is "the fartler". They hunt and kill deer, bear, mountain lion, raccoon, Human, etc. with their bare hands. They have been known to hang the skinned bodies of their prey from sticks around their huts.
