Farmgirl Femme is a woman who while being highly independent also appreciates and frequently styles herself quite femme. She is a dichotomy. On the one hand, often she is rough and tumble, probably has a background in blue collar trades, is self sufficient, and usually very handy. On the other hand, she usually loves makeup.
