Like friends with benefits, but enemies. Usually it's angry sex. But in a good way.
Student A: Did you hear about Jake and Alyss?
Student B: No, did they finally fight?
Student A: No! They had sex!
Student B: Enemies with Benefits. Sweet.
A trope in fiction where the individuals involved start off their relationship as enemies and then eventually turn into Lovers. They may be hostile towards each other at first, or have just met each other on unfortunate circumstances.
"Zuko was a villain in ATLA and Katara was a protagonist, if they ended up together they could have been an iconic Enemies-to-Lovers ship."
Portmanteau of "enemy" and "media"; American media--usually left-wing or liberal--that lies, distorts, censors and ignores key facts or information when reporting out of fear, ignorance, ineptitude or the typically willful promotion the Democrat Party's agenda only, choosing to dispense propaganda instead of questioning authority and practicing objective journalism; See also BBC
Muslim 'honor killings' here and in Britain are reported as "suicides" by the enemedia. News stories about Democrat politicians committing crimes, jihadists murdering innocents and gun owners saving lives will always be buried or simply not reported by the enemedia.
Best film of 2009 so far. It's about the life of John Dillinger, who was a notorious gangster in the late 1920s to the 1930s. The film features the extremely talented Johnny Depp, severely under-appreciated Christian Bale, and the talented and sexy Marion Cotillard.
A movie which I think of as not just one of the best films of 2009, but hopefully will be remembered as one of the best films this decade. It's the greatest character-driven period piece since "There Will be Blood". It's about John Dillinger and his gang and their adventures what with the creation of the FBI.
Starring Johnny Depp as John Dillinger and Christian Bale as FBI's Melvin Purvis. Extremely underrated.
