When somebody shouts on e-mail or chat sites on the web. Usually (but not always) all in caps and at somebody else.

Meg: WOULD YOU IDIOTS STOP TALKING ABOUT THAT STUPID "Jo Bro" CONCERT ALL READY?!?!? IT'S BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!
