A human whose life has been a long series of struggles. An empathetic human who understands that everyone’s pain is different, but valid. Someone who at times feels lost and out of place, and is forced to deal with their problems. Someone who has lived their lives without a safety net.

Used to describe a person who does foolish things on the internet. Dregs often say racist things or do evil things.
