The opposite of "upset". Has a positive connatation despite the prefix "down-". Which raises the question of why "upset" has a negative connotation if it begins with the prefix "up".
I was so downset the other day because my team won the superbowl.

Downstaged

You have been downstaged when someone in your group is always trying to upstage you and their plans are just not as good as yours.
We could have had back stage passes but Bob downstaged us, now were stuck with the nosebleed seats he bought.

downstater

An Illinois resident who lives in the lower 3/4 of the state - anywhere south of Chicagoland.
"Where are you from?"
"Chicago, what about you?"
"I'm from Dwight."
"Oh, you're a downstater."
"No - Dwight is pretty far north. It's only an hour south of Chicago."
"Hey, if you're farther than Joliet, you're a downstater."
