douche (pron. doo-shay) 

A replacement for 'touche'. Used when either the speaker or the listener has said/done something stupid, i.e. a no-shit-sherlock moment.

Bill: Dude, your girlfriend has a nice ass.
Ted: Douche (pron. doo-shay).

1.Fancy word for Douche. Usually said with a fancy, sophisticated English accent.
2.Something that Matt will name his dog because it's an awesome name.
3.Asshole

1. "You don't say. I think this book is rather dooshay"

When one is being a Dooshay they are; 1. Acting as if they are better than someone else, 2. Not fulfilling or allowing a very simple task to be accomplished, 3. Being annoying or irritating. (See: Douche Bag)

When you are in a argument with someone, and they make a valid point. However, they are still wrong and are being an obtuse dooshbag.

Me: Bullshit avoidance, why can't you answer my question?
Dooshbag: You said "Whatever" so I thought that meant the conversation was over.

Me: Since when did "Whatever" mean the conversation was over
