A weed that grows when the wind blows. Usually grown in the southern states, it has been known to grow well north of New Jersey. Dick weed spreads very easily from area to area, and can grow to huge sizes. It is best not to plant Dick Weed to close to Pussy Willows, otherwise you may get a crop of cumquats.

Someone who is as irritating as a weed growing in your dick would be. Especially within a short amount of time of being around that person. Usually someone that you know but is truly more accurate when used on a stranger that manages to accomplish said irritation.

A person who is beyond the word stupidity, he (it's usually used with males)would be a loner and would do anything to be your friend. Most of the time he is seriously pissing off and ends up getting his ass kicked. (he would hate being called dickweed... but smiles when you do). sometimes the name dickweed sticks to a certain person, until everyone starts calling them "dickweed".
