When your pal is working out, and wants to quit, you just grab your disciprine stick and smacks him wherever you please. When smacking, you shall always utter the word "DISCIPRINE!", and commense smacking. If your friend does not want to continue training, you shall say "Peu Nun Chu", meaning "The Spirit of The Dragon is With You".
