A Derkus is a creature, smaller than an atom, which makes up all that lives, and all that doesn't live. As in, everything ever. Think of it as the molecules of a molecule. Derkus is in us all, in the trees, in the grass, in dogs, cats, even Jesus. It's kind of like the force, but it doesn't make you a jedi.
