Stems from the ctrl-z button on computers that undoes the last action performed. The term Ctrl Z has also made worked its way into popular usage to mean undo, fix or to take back, as seen in websites like ctrlztoday.com

The most used key combination to undo the previous action the user has made.
The use of a key combination to easilly perform a command was first introduced by Macintosh, using the Q, Z, X, C and V buttons, in combination with the Command key, for the actions quit, undo, cut, copy and paste (in that order).
It was passed down to other Operating Systems, but with other operating systems using other keyboards the Ctrl (Control) key was used, since they didn't have the same control key as a Macintish keyboard does.

The act of vomiting. Ctrl+z means undo. Vomiting dinner or the act of purging food is mostly done by people with bulimia. This phrase originated from the eating disorder community.
I ate a lot today. Time to ctrl+z dinner.

Ctrl + C/V/Z (CtrlCVZ, Ctrl CVZ) is the worlds only good sonic sprite comic featuring full animation and viewable by an IQ that, on average, is than that of a breakfast bar.
Ctrl + C/V/Z is a sprite comic, but... good.
