anyone attempting to push their own "superior value" of themselves onto other people but who are really just useless due to either their disgusting way of thinking, arrogance and entitlement, and/or their lives are not as cool (and fresh) as they try to act and believe. these people are often highly judgmental of others and think they are high and mighty when they could usually just use a wash and some humility. you can often find these pathetic people at the mall being posers, at the gym trying to "flex" on innocent people just trying to workout, or around town driving Teslas.

A word that takes on multiple meanings, but generally means something incredibly bad, gross, etc. Synonymous with tacky, klassy, or trashy. Though it is not as descriptive as words like "slutty" or "ugly," it has strong negative connotations that could really mean anything. Used mostly by black women (including Nicki Minaj and Glozell) to express something they disapprove of. An adjective or a noun.
As an adjective: This crusty little bitch running round.
That bag is so crusty.

Used to describe someone or something that is generally bad or unattractive. Can also be used as just a noun("crust"). If you wish to use crusty in a neutral way, say "crunchy"--- for a good way say "crispy". Use crusty with rhyming words to emphasize a point.
"OMG this ugly hoe just cut in front of me in the McDonalds line... crustyyyyyy. "
