crotch-kicker 

A vengeful abusive person: one who uses threats to manipulate people and seeks to exact vengeance on anyone who opposes them by the most ruthless and violent means they can think of, such as kicking them in the crotch. The abuse may be a literal kick in the crotch, or may be a metaphor for hurting the person through other means.

"I told him I was leaving him. He kicked me in the crotch with steel-toed construction boots. Since that day, I call anyone bent on revenge a 'crotch-kicker.'"

"The Tycoon has a history of legal intimidation. He has been involved in 3,500 lawsuits over the years. He is a lawsuit-obsessed crotch-kicker."

An action used very heavily in the Sims 4 "Extreme Violence" mod. This action's spelling was corrected to "Kick Crotch" in 2020 and is well-known for being utterly abused by anyone who uses the Extreme Violence mod.
