One who sits in a committee with no knowledge of the subject but offers an opinion to justify their presence.

She/he had to pontificate for half an hour, trying to justify being present at the meeting. There's a half hour we'll never get back, thanks to that "commidiot!"

Commidiot 

When someone (Commidiot) on a committee or the entire committee (Commidiots) cannot make up their mind or their minds on anything.

Either there is one person who holds the entire committee back as they want to feel superior and tell people what to do because they are a control freak and need to stroke their own ego.

Or the entire committee can't come to a conclusion about what the hell it is they want, need or have to accomplish. Usually with time constraints attached, this is when commidiots shine the brightest.

A term used on Indian reservations to denote a person who is extremely overweight. Obesity is quite common on American Indian reservations due largely in part to the consumption of monthly USDA commodities under the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) for low-income American Indian households.

The act in which an individual is able to hold a greater volume in their mouth than any of their friends and or acquaintances.

Is an idealistic economical term which refers to those commodities and products that hold neither essential nor useful properties in sustaining or enhancing quality of life. But rather by nature are superficial, excessive and therefore hold no practical or essential value.

All Luxury items and goods such as Jewelry, clothing, consumer technologies, furniture's and rugs etc. All hold negative-commodity value.
