noun. A slang term for a person who consistently relies on acquaintences for their food, by way of begging.

Jeff: "Why didn't you just get some food for yourself?"
Bob: "I don't know, I just didn't feel like it"
Jeff: "C'mon, man, you're being a total citrino right now"
Bob: "Shut up! I hate you."
Jeff: "I hate you more"
Bob: "good"
